Start your day with this smoothie

Hey Everyone!
 
This week's focus is fermented coconut Yoghurt! 
 
Let's start with this one. This is a great light breakfast option. I find that if I ever have breakfast, it needs to be light so I'm not bogged down for the day.
 
Sometimes a heavy meal in the morning actually weighs heavy in my mind and I'm not as productive.
 
This one is not sweet by any chance, but give it a whirl and see what you think. If you need to make this a bit kinder, throw in some berries or 1/2 a banana!
 
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup ice
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Handful spinach leaves
  • A few mint leaves
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1/8 Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of fermented yoghurt
  • Filtered water
Method:
  • Blitz it all up in your processor and enjoy it straight away.
