If you want my favourite tip I would remove vegetable or all bad oils from your diet and that would be a perfect start.
If you feel as though you want to do a bit more I would suggest swapping your white wheat pasta for rice noodles or cooked and cooled rice.
Don't be hard on yourself, small changes can do so much for you. Make the first change a habit then move onto the next thing.
Sometimes we take on too much at once and then we simply give up because it too hard. Which is perfectly normal.
Gut Health Swaps:
Mashed Potato - Mashed Cauliflower super yum especially if you sautee some leek beforehand and puree it into the cauliflower.
Rice - Cauliflower Rice
Pasta/Noodles - Zucchini Noodles
Sugar - Stevia Protein Balls
Potato Chips - Coconut Chips these are a bit fun and can be super addictive especially if you're making the sweet and salty version.
Good Fats - Coconut oil, Macadamia oil, Grass-fed organic butter, ghee, Olive oil, avocado oil.
