Fermented Chia Jam

This makes a big batch of jam you can always 1/2 the ingredients if you won't get through it in a week and a half.
Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1/2 Cup KW Coconut Kefir Water
- 500g of defrosted mixed organic berries
- 1 Cup water
Method:
Use a 2 Litre jar and add your chia seeds, kefir and water.
In a food processor blend your berries into a puree
Add your berries to the chia, water and kefir and mix well with a wooden spoon
Ferment on your bench, anywhere between 8-24 hours depending on your room temperature.
You don't have to ferment this jam. Just place the finished product in the fridge and it will thicken up with time.
You could always add stevia to the jam to make it sweet.
