Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 3 teaspoons cacao powder
  • 400 mls coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Stevia powder (1-2 tablespoons depending on your preference)
  • Raspberries (Optional)

Method:

  • Mix all together in a food processor except raspberries.
  • Pour into a glass bowl.
  • Place in your freezer to chill and firm up.
  • It’s your choice how frozen you would like to eat this.

Notes

You can add the following:

  • 1 tablespoon of Fermented Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Collagen
