Watermelon and Mint Kefir

  • 5-6 slices of watermelon 
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup kultured Wellness Kefir 
  • 1 liter of filtered water
  • Sliced strawberries for serving


Mix your kefir, watermelon and mint altogether in your glass jar and seal it to ferment on your bench top for about 12 hours.  Then refrigerate and drink when its chilled. 

You can leave the sliced watermelon in your dink to enjoy or remove it, the choice is yours.

And feel free to add a dash of fresh lime juice and sliced straberries to serve it.

Make it fancy because you will enjoy it even more.

Note: Tear mint leaves for a stronger mint flavour.
