GF DF EF Gluten Free Dairy Free Egg Free
2 Cups of Mixed Activated seeds and nuts (any mix is good)
2 Scoops Ancient Nutrition Pure Bone Broth Protein or your fav protein powder
3 Tablespoons Gelatin
1/2 Cup Cacao
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
3 Tablespoons MCT Oil
1 teaspoon of Stevia or to your taste (or any sweetener you prefer)
I used 2 drops of peppermint oil but its optional
Everything mixed in one bowl at the same time.
Water is added slowly to achieve the right consistency to roll your balls.
Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
