Savoury Green Banana Flour Pancake

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup of Green Banana Flour

2 Finely Grated Zucchini

2 eggs

1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric

1 teaspoon Cumin

Sprinkle of herbamere salt

1/2 teaspoon Bi-Carb soda

Method:

Add all your ingredients to 1 bowl and mix well.

Cook them in a frying pan with butter, ghee or your favourite oil on medium heat.
