Refreshing Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ice or more for a slushy type smoothie
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Handfuls of spinach leaves
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 1 Avocado
- splash KW Kefir water (1/4 Cup) or filtered water
- 2 spoonfuls KW yoghurt or your favourite yoghurt
- Stevia or monk fruit (option for sweetness)
Method:
Place all your ingredients into your food processor and Blitz up!
We like our smoothies thick so we add loads of ice.
Options, add a banana, or a handful of berries.
