Refreshing Green Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup ice or more for a slushy type smoothie
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 1 Avocado
  • splash KW Kefir water (1/4 Cup) or filtered water
  • 2 spoonfuls KW yoghurt or your favourite yoghurt
  • Stevia or monk fruit (option for sweetness)


Place all your ingredients into your food processor and Blitz up!

We like our smoothies thick so we add loads of ice.

Options, add a banana, or a handful of berries.
