Ingredients:
- 1 fermented apple
- 1 cucumber
- 1 celery stick
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 handful spinach leaves
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup Kefir
- 1/2 cup ice
Method:
Blitz it all together in your food processor or your Nutri Bullet.
Definitely try this one! I have left overs so I’m going to make them into ice blocks.
