Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Fermented Mango (you can use normal mango too)
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 whole lime no skin
  • 1 Tablespoon Collagen
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Kultured Wellness yoghurt
  • 1 Small cucumber
  • 100mls Coconut Kefir Water
  • Ice
