Oh my gosh, its that time of year again when there are so many social occasions and you want to be able to enjoy them!
If your anything like me you may like to enjoy the occasional cocktail, but hate all the sugars that are added into them.
And sometimes all it takes is that 1 sugar ridden cocktail to wake up with a sugar hangover:(
So I came up with some gut-healthy keto cocktails which you can enjoy without the added sugars.
A kinda Strawberry daiquiri
A Kinda Pina Colada
A mango Cocktail
All the fruit was previously fermented with Kefir so it has no sugars and the extra benefit of probiotics!
