5 Steps to healthy lunchboxes

Lunch Boxes, we make so many of them for the year and our kids do so much of their eating at school, so we need to make them as healthy as we can.

My lunch box moto is, have they got a type of?

  • Main Meal
  • Protein Snack
  • Savoury Snack
  • Sweet Snack
  • Extra snack

I try and keep it simple for me.

And yes my kids will still get sick of eating similar sorts of lunch box food towards the end of a school term, then I'll mix up the sweet snacks and ill add a choc chip into their sweet snack to help them eat all the healthy food, but I talk to them about the importance of why I'm feeding them this food and what it does to help and strengthen their mind and body and as a mum I'm trying my best to look after them and prevent any future sickness. And remind them we only have 2 more weeks of school left then we can change it up in the holidays :) I also tell them to get over it I'm not changing :)
