If you are into homemade fermented coconut yoghurt this one is a must-try. What a great way to get some gut-healthy food into your families day. It's great with any protein especially my favourite slow cooker lamb!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup of Fermented Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 A Finely Sliced Cucumber
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Mix all your ingredients in 1 bowl gently.
