VE VG GF DF EF Vegan Vegetarian Gluten Free Dairy Free Egg Free
- 2 Cups of fermented cashews
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Dash of MCT Oil
Place all your fermented cashews and liquid in a food processor, except for 1/4 cup of liquid. Keep that for just in case.
Blend on high until smooth.
Add your garlic, salt, acv and mct oil.
Blend in your food processor until smooth and creamy.
You can add in extra mct oil or your liquid depending on the consistency you prefer.
Serve with everything;)
