Fermented Almonds

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Almonds
- 1/4 Cup KW Coconut Kefir Water
- Filtered Water
Method:
Add all your ingredients into your jar and ferment for 12-24 hours.
Make sure you add extra water at least an inch above the nuts or seeds.
Once you have finished fermenting them rinse them well in filtered water.
keep them in the fridge and use them within a week.
You can roast them to snack on and add different flavours to your roasting mix. But once you have roasted them they do lose their fermented goodness. But at least you have activated them for your gut health.
