Fermented Almond Feta

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Fermented Almonds
- 3 limes squeezed
- 2 Tablespoons Oil (not necessary)
- 1/2 teaspoon seaweed salt
- 1/2 Cup Kultured Wellness Kefir
Method:
Have your almonds already soaked in Kefir for 24 hours then drain and rinse
In your food processor add your lime juice, salt, oil and fresh kefir
Blend well.
Keep this for about 1 week.
This tastes great with salads and as a dip!
