  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 fermented banana
  • 1/4 cup kefir water
  • 1 tablespoon KW yoghurt
  • 3 teaspoons Cacao
  • fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup filtered water


Blitz up in your processor. I use a nutribullet.
