Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 fermented banana
- 1/4 cup kefir water
- 1 tablespoon KW yoghurt
- 3 teaspoons Cacao
- fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup filtered water
Method:
Blitz up in your processor. I use a nutribullet.
