  • 1/2 Avocado
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 2 celery sticks chopped smaller
  • 1 fermented Banana
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein (please use a vegan protein if you are vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon collagen (don't add if vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon Kultured Wellness Yoghurt
  • 1/4 Cup Kultured Wellness Kefir
  • 1 Cup of crushed ice
