Food can have this impact on us, have you noticed it?

Maybe you overate at dessert or went back for that extra piece of pizza, and did you notice that you snapped at the next person who spoke to you. 

Did you know that eating the right foods at the right times leaves your body fully content, with no cravings for extra anything?

That's why I love ketosis, when my body is in ketosis I do not crave that extra piece of anything. 

I think the keto diet may get a bad wrap because there are a huge amount of people out there that overeat fats. 

Yes, good fats are a part of the keto diet but good fats are a part of our life and help our brain and body function.

Below is a perfect smoothie recipe that can be used as any meal. It has real foods, vegetables, probiotics, fruit, protein, carbs and fats. A great meal in one.

This is a keto smoothie, you may not find anyone else talks about keto the way I talk about it.

Maybe it's a clean keto? 

But it's what I do and what I teach others to do and we all get amazing results.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Zucchini 
  • 1/2 Cucumber 
  • 1 Fermented apple
  • 1 Small handful of spinach leaves 
  • 1 Stick celery (3 inch)
  • 1/2 lemon peeled (medium size)
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1 Tablespoon collagen 
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup KW Kefir
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Method:

Blend well in your food processor.
