Banana Smoothie

VE VG GF DF EF  Vegetarian Vegan Gluten Free Dairy Free Egg Free 

Ingredients:

  • 2 fermented bananas (you can use normal too)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons chia seeds (already blitz up)
  • Spinach leaves (handful)
  • 1 small Cucumber 
  • 1 Tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 Tablespoon collagen 
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1 heaped Tablespoon Kultured Wellness yoghurt 
  • 100 MLS Coconut Kefir
  • Ice

Method:

Blitz it all together and enjoy. Don't forget to make ice blocks out of any leftovers.
