VE VG GF DF EF Vegetarian Vegan Gluten Free Dairy Free Egg Free
- 2 fermented bananas (you can use normal too)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons chia seeds (already blitz up)
- Spinach leaves (handful)
- 1 small Cucumber
- 1 Tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 Tablespoon collagen
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 heaped Tablespoon Kultured Wellness yoghurt
- 100 MLS Coconut Kefir
Blitz it all together and enjoy. Don't forget to make ice blocks out of any leftovers.
