Cooked and Cooled Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Rice
  • 1 Tablespoon Mct oil
  • 11/2 Cups of filtered water

Method:

Soak your rice overnight. Or if that's not achievable,

Rinse your rice before you cook it.

In a saucepan add 1 1/2 cups of filtered water rice and mct oil.

Bring your rice to a simmer on medium-high no lid

Turn down to low for roughly 12- 14 minutes with a lid

or Cook until it ready.

Then let it cool for 10 minutes then pop it in the fridge.

You can use the rice 12- 24 hours later.

You can reheat your rice as this doesn't affect the resistant starch
