Fermented Choc Balls

GF DF EF Gluten Free Dairy Free Egg Free 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups  Almond Meal
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2/3 Cup Cacao Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of fermented yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons MCT Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 Scoops Pure Protein Powder (Ancient Nutrition
  • stevia to taste or 1/2 cup honey or any sweetener you use in your home.

Water

Method:

Mix all together in a bowl really well and roll into balls.

You can add water to make your balls the right consistency usually anywhere between 1/4 cup and 3/4 cup.

This is the protein powder I use. it has the extra benefit of bone broth in it.
