A little bit about Health Life Body

Hello,

I'm just introducing my self again, Ellysia here, and just a little bit about why I'm here chatting with you today, I know how how much pressure you put on yourself to look after your kids and partner, try and be the best for everyone else!

Yep, I did it for years!

Thought I was doing the right thing, trying to be perfect, perfect in who's eyes I don t know.

One day you realize that there has to be more to life than just cooking, cleaning and working!

One of the best ways I found to look after my self was to start thinking about things that actually made me happy, not suggestions from others, or even looking at what others were doing with their life.

The only way I could actually figure this out was to start having some time out for my self.

One of the best things I did was wake up early every day before the kids and make my self a coffee, sit on my lounge in peace and quiet, no phone, no books, no kids.

This then turned into a meditation every day, then it turned into a walk every day then a walk and meditation ( I'm sure you get the gist of it)

Meditation has thought me so much, One of the things I'm often guided to is foods, and how I can help people eat well, feel amazing and nourish their body with foods.

I know it sounds crazy but this is what happened, I started creating the Healthier YOU 4 week Program, which is a great beginners program to start fermenting, ketosis and intermittent fasting. 

I wish I had this program when I started out 😆

This has lead to other programs and now my membership, which has all my programs, recipes and fermenting courses.
