Chicken Curried Sausages

  • 4 Cups of water or 1-2 litres of your liquid broth
  • 3 Heaped tablespoons of Changing Habits Broth Powder if you don't have broth liquid
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoon Parsley of a small handful of fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves
  • Seaweed Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder I like changing habits curry powder
  • 12 Chicken sausages
  • 3 Carrots
  • Green beans (as many as you like) I use a whole packet of Obbs organic frozen beans


In your slow cooker add all your ingredients in the morning.

It doesn’t even matter if you have frozen sausages.

It's going to cook on low all day!

Mine can stay on low for over 8 hours. So it's perfect for a workday.

I serve it with cooked and cooled rice or cauliflower mash.

I always add Cultured  Yoghurt to the finished meal If you're not using yoghurt add in some coconut cream to your meal.
