Mango Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin
  • 1 Cup filtered water to bloom the gelatin 
  • 1 Cup Boiling water
  • 2 Cups Kultured Wellness Kefir or just water
  • 2 Cups of pureed Mango fermented or normal pureed mango
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia you can add more or less or any sweetener you prefer

Method:

Mix the Gelatin with 1 Cup water in a glass dish. This is to bloom the gelatin.

While this is blooming add your mango puree, stevia and kefir to your jelly dish and mix well.

Now, Once your gelatin has thickened and is thoroughly wet add in 1 Cup of Boiling water. Stir this really well until the gelatin has fully dissolved. Let this cool off then add it to your Kefir and mango stir again thoroughly.

Set this in the fridge until firm can take between 3 - 5 hours.
