Coconut Biscuits

VG GF NF Vegetarian Gluten Free Nut Free

Ingredients:

11/2 Cups of Coconut Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

pinch salt

6 eggs

250grams melted Butter

1 Tablespoon Vanilla

1 Teaspoon of Pure Powdered Stevia this will vary on your stevia

 Method:

Crack your eggs in a bowl and whisk

Add the rest of your Ingredients and mix well. The mixture will thicken in a minute or two.

Place your spoonful of biscuit dough onto a lined baking tray and press them down softly with a wet fork.

Cook at 160D Celsius for about 15- 20 minutes or until Golden.

Keep them in the fridge or freezer. (I put mine in the freezer).

These are a soft Biscuit. But it doesn't seem to bother my kids.
